Meetings are held and reports generated to track project progress. A database has been developed to harbor the information generated with each job. The 'JobList'* provides quick and up-to-date web access* to project details including notes, meeting minutes, financial and schedule information as well as links to drawing, traveler and test data. -- *JobList access is limited to the Fermilab site.

Retaining the initial "scope-of-work" as described by our customer and any revisions to that scope, directly affects the schedule and budget. Evolution of any project requires that a history of notes, accounting data and schedule be retained.

We gauge ourselves against these records both for the purpose of that specific job's history and to assist our ability to estimate the requirements of future projects.
