Subject: cms frame parts shipping and file updates Date: Tue, 11 Jul 2000 15:23:30 -0500 From: Ken Kriesel To: Nelson Chester CC: LOVELESS RICHARD J , farshid@psl.wisc.edu, Sergei Lusin , apollina@fnal.gov, Andrey Korytov , Guenakh Mitselmakher , Dan Green The ME234/2 and general inventory shipment of parts is scheduled to be picked up by the FNAL-designated shipper later today. The large-quantity extrusion shipment will likely ship by the end of this week or next Monday. Individual cartons need some repair yet; then the shipper can be scheduled. We discussed many spreadsheets during the meeting here to plan the handoff. I've updated the frame material requirements Excel workbook (containing several spreadsheets, including packing lists) on our ftp server, and added a couple other spreadsheet files having to do with design and procurement status, and tolerance budgets. Please note that these files as well as the Autocad DWG files and other frame-related files will be removed from the PSL ftp server permanently in 2 to 3 weeks, as part of cleaning up and shutting down the frames subproject here. Get what you need, and store it for your later use, before it's gone.
