Discussion Summary:
 

1. Per Glenn Smith, the designated area in MP9 is now ready for occupancy.  The floor has been swept, and the floor painted.

2. It was agreed that the equipment listed will be moved on the dates indicated.  Glenn will coordinate the move with Oleg and Dave Eartly and control the move activities using his own available techs, or would like to use the services of Bud Koecher and Dave Northacker if available.

The following equipment to be moved the week of  8/17/98:
 

Anode Bar Gluing Hardware (Lab6)
New Winding Machine (Lab 6)
Soldering Machine (Lab 7 Clean Room)
Old Panel Winding Cart ( Lab 7 Clean Room)
Chamber Assembly Table (Lab 7 Clean Room)
Old and New Tension Measuring Machines (Lab 7)
Storage Racks (Lab 7) - Glenn to decide whether to move or not based
on racks that may be available already in MP9.
Ionized Air Cleaner (Lab 7)

The following equipment to be moved the week of  8/24/98:
 

Glue Dispensing and Clamping Table - Available for move after 8/21.  To be scheduled for move on Wednesday, 8/26.
Machined Panels - To be moved with Gluing Machine.

 Remaining Issues:
 

Tools, small hardware and miscellaneous equipment to be moved by Oleg, Dave, Bud, etc. as convenient.

A Panel Transfer Cart from Glue Dispenser to Clamp Table is needed - Nelson to discuss design of a lightweight, low cost cart with Evgueni Borrisov.

Granite Table (lab 7) - To be moved at a later date?  Glenn to investigate move logistics and timing.
